Meet NITROGAS® NG

NITROGAS® is part of the GCE Industrial brand portfolio, which operates within ESAB Corporation, specialising in nitrogen generation solutions. It uses PSA technology to produce nitrogen on site, giving manufacturers greater control over nitrogen supply, purity, and availability.

Bringing Nitrogen Production Closer to the Application

For laser cutting applications, on-site production can provide greater control over nitrogen supply while reducing reliance on external gas deliveries.

NITROGAS® NG generators can produce nitrogen with a purity of up to 99.999%. A PLC supervision system continuously monitors the nitrogen purity, pressure, and flow rate of the nitrogen produced while providing alarms, energy-saving functions, and reports that can be exported via USB. The system also incorporates a zirconium oxide oxygen analyser for continuous measurement of residual oxygen content.
